Joni came to real estate as a graduate of Xavier University of New Orleans where she received her Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy. Working with the public every day opened her eyes to what was missing from most customer service transactions. It gave her insight into how she wanted to make customers, clients, and colleagues feel. These insights are at the core of JL Marsaw & Co., where Joni and her team set high quality standards for each client, putting the needs of the client first and always being their advocate.
Joni transitioned into real estate when she purchased her first investment property in her early 20s and realized that real estate was a great opportunity to not only build active and passive wealth, but realized the value of homeownership for families within their communities to have a significant impact and a permanent place to call home.
